How to make these work harder
- Personalise the placeholders. Replace {Business Name}, {time}, and {service} with your real details, generic messages feel like spam.
- Always ask for booking details. Name, service, preferred time, so a reply turns into an appointment, not just a chat.
- Offer more than one language if your customers write in Bahasa Malaysia or Chinese.
