Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These terms are an agreement between Meteor Pulse (Registration No. TR0286427-X), Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia ("Hiiiilo", "we", "us") and the business that subscribes to the Hiiiilo service ("you", the "Client"). By starting a pilot or subscription, you accept these terms.
2. The service
Hiiiilo is an AI receptionist that operates on your existing WhatsApp Business number. It answers customer messages using information you have verified, qualifies leads, books appointments into your connected calendar, and provides a dashboard of conversations, bookings, and enquiry statistics.
3. Pilot, fees, and cancellation
- The pilot is RM 1,000 for the first month, then RM 2,000 per month if you continue.
- You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month.
- 14-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied within the first 14 days of the pilot, we refund the pilot fee in full, no questions asked.
- Fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes and third-party charges (e.g. WhatsApp conversation fees billed by Meta, if applicable).
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, current business information (services, prices, staff, hours, policies). Hiiiilo answers from this information; you are responsible for keeping it correct.
- Maintain your own legal basis to communicate with your customers, including any consents required under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). You are the data user (controller) of your customers' personal data; we process it on your instructions as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Comply with WhatsApp's and Meta's terms applicable to your WhatsApp Business number.
- Use the service only for lawful purposes and not for spam, harassment, or misleading practices.
5. AI limitations
Hiiiilo is designed to answer only from your verified information and to hand the conversation to your staff when it cannot help. However, AI-generated replies cannot be guaranteed to be error-free. You should review your dashboard regularly and correct your business information where needed. Hiiiilo does not provide medical, legal, or professional advice to your customers; responses are administrative (enquiries, scheduling, general business information).
6. Third-party dependencies
The service depends on third-party platforms, including Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API, Anthropic's Claude API, and Google Calendar. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or restrictions imposed by these platforms, though we will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly and communicate material disruptions.
7. Data and intellectual property
- Your data stays yours. Customer conversations, booking records, and business information remain your property. On termination, you may request an export of your data, after which we delete it within a reasonable period.
- The Hiiiilo software, dashboard, and brand remain our property. We grant you a non-transferable right to use the service while subscribed.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue or lost bookings, caused by service interruptions, third-party platform failures, or AI response errors.
9. Termination
You may cancel at any time as described in Section 3. We may suspend or terminate the service for non-payment or material breach of these terms, with notice where practicable. Sections 7–10 survive termination.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
